I am a lawyer and a certified mediator, with a Master’s Degree in Social Development Studies. I have 12 years of experience working in the United Nations, the Peruvian government, and leading my own NGO, providing technical advice for public policy in education and public health. During my tenure in UNICEF I provided technical advice to 36 country offices on public health issues. During my work in UNESCO and the Peruvian government, I organized and negotiated international ministerial summits on education issues. In 2014, I joined the MBA programme at the University of Cambridge, with a specialization in Culture, Arts and Management. This experience has enabled me to have an important toolkit on strategy, marketing, networking, human resources and management. Currently, I work for an international private foundation, as the Education Programme Manager for Latin America. I like to mentor and I am particularly interested in supporting people interested in business with meaningful social impact.
